We’ve been asked several times about what the Bible says regarding mental illness or depression. As someone who has suffered from relatively severe depression, I wanted to share with you my thoughts and depression and other forms of mental illness. In my opinion, seeking professional help is one of the BEST ways to deal with it (of course with prayer and support from your church family).
