Award categories include the Lifetime Achievement Award; Humanitarian Award; Youth Scholarship Award; Business Community Service Award; Community Outreach Ministry Award, Youth Outreach Award; Senior Citizens Outreach Award; Health Outreach Award and Music Ministry Award. The honorees are selected, by a panel that includes the Light staff and community leaders, from nominations submitted by citizens throughout the Light 103.9 listening area.

    The Lamplighter Awards were Fabulous and very inspiring to say the least!!! Melissa Wade was breathtaking and so was Callie Douglas. I am so proud of how The Light reaches out to the community. Keep up the good work.

        I thouroghly enjoyed Beverly Crawford but all of the Artist were exeptional.
